On February 26, 2019, The Texas Tribune published an editorial by Abby Livingston titled Democrats had historic gains in Texas in 2018. They're setting their sights on even more in 2020. She talks about, how the National Democratic groups are indicating concern about devoting money in Texas. She is basically questioning the decision the former U.S. Representative Beto O' Rourke will make. She wants to know if he should run for president, the U.S. Senate or nothing at all in 2020. Apart from that , the Democrats are organizing a major Texas insult to target the lower tier races that could change the table of Texas politics for the next decade.
The Democratic gains from 2018's midterms have changed the succession of higher-quality candidates showing interest to compete for office and national Democratic groups are directing towards committing money in Texas in the 2020 election. There are all different groups and candidates focusing on winning in Texas. By working together, this could mean that the campaign is not only for a single democratic gubernatorial candidate like Bill White or Wendy Davis, but it is a big strike of Republican holder up and down the ballot. But challenging the Texas Republicans at the presidential or senate level is a highly risky move. This whole presidential campaign may cost millions of dollars. If the democrats end up creating a legislative deadlock on redistricting, they would still have a number of obstacles to make a true friendly map. This issue can be eliminated in the Republican-dominated Texas Redistricting Board, which includes the lieutenant governor, attorney general, comptroller, speaker of the house and land commissioner. But the increasing redistricting is why a few Republicans are tensed about their necessities. For example, there are already some plans between nearly four GOP delegations that the best way would be to create one or more safe Democratic seats in the urban areas.
The whole point and idea of this article is to let people of Texas know about the making of their government and how different things are placed. It is a good article to get knowledge about the whole scenario. I do agree with Abbey Livingston on the whole idea of this article.

In this article she addresses that the U.S. District Judge Fred Biery have ordered to not remove voters from the rolls without his consent. The order was given recently by the U.S. District Judge Fred Biery that happened after a month of the Texas secretary of state flagged nearly 100,000 voters for citizenship review. It also address the problems that the state face in regards to votes and voters. And also about how to report the "Voters Fraud Alert". It necessarily also talks about the reaction of the people and the counties. All the civil rights groups have applauded Judge Biery's decision. This is an article worth reading for a proper knowledge and information about the Texas State and local governments and its votes and voters.
